Undifferentiated carcinoma of the endometrium (UCAe) can be an aggressive, under-recognized, high-quality tumor that take place either in its normal type or together with minimal-quality endometrioid carcinoma (i.e. dedifferentiated EC) 70. UCAe is a superior-quality carcinoma that should be distinguished from endometrioid-style EC, FIGO grades two
